Shipping  is FREE  For Orders Over $200 .
All  watches  are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out watches, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is  48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once  watches  are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 5-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 10 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.  
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.Any unclaimed package will not be resent! Make sure that you give a valid address when ordering,and make sure you are available to claim your package.We will not resend orderers returned due to being unclaimed by customers!

Out of Stock 
If your watches are out of stock,  We will send you an e-mail . Please add in your list so  you get e mails from our site.


Exchanges policy
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all watches must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake. 
Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants. 
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. 
A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!


We will not accept returns or exchange just because the customer decides they no longer want a watch,or because the customer has picked the wrong watch or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures.

It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.

Please contact our customer support via E-mail, phone calls or online chatting during our working hours. Our customer service will respond to your questions from 9:00 am to EST (current time) 6:00 pm. Our team will offer you instrument according to your specific requirements.
Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 7 days after you receive the goods. 
All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery.
You have to bear the cost for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange.
At any time, no commission charge is required for returns.
Payment means for refund: credit card, Western Union.
We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.
1. Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you a full refund.
